At SoundscapePrintz, we take the quality of our work extremely seriously. Due to the custom nature of our products, a refund or replacement is only available in specific circumstances:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue (including packaging and shipping label). If proper photo proof is shown a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

Note: A poster will not be seen as misprinted or incorrect for the following reasons:
-Incorrect/Missing Album Information Provided (eg. incorrect album, incorrect version of album, missing info).

2. Lost Parcels

If your order has no tracking updates for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate. Orders confirmed as lost by the carrier may qualify for a replacement unless address was incorrectly entered by the customer (more in section 5).

3. Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection

Due to the custom nature of these products we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size/colour/product selection or accidental purchases.

4. Orders in Production or Shipped

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellations, refunds, or changes are not guaranteed due to the custom nature of the products.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details at checkout.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. Customers may not receive a replacement (minus shipping costs) if the package does not make it back to SoundScapePrintz to be reshipped.

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not issue refunds for delays caused by couriers, customs, peak periods, weather disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks and Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where an order has been fulfilled correctly or this policy has been breached. False claims or misuse of refund systems will result in a permanent block from purchasing again.
